I taught (now retired) in the public schools for over 30 years (here in the Denver area) and still hold my Colorado Teaching License. I have taught grades K-6 in the regular classroom and K - 12 in the arts, and adults. I own a small business called Pathways Through Art. You may check out my site at pathwaysthroughart.com. Building self confidence, organizational and communication skills will help anyone be more successful and proud of their abilities. I tutor through exploration, divergent thinking skills, creative problem solving, fun activities and games and have developed a very successful teaching style. I also involve utilizing the arts to help build more confidence and pride in their learning abilities. I work with the learner, "high risk" students, special needs students, parents, teachers and whomever else you want to involve.
